• Jane Yoon, the owner of Pro Realty is a shady business woman who cheats her tenants. I moved out and had to continue asking for my deposit back. She finally returned my call and said a check would be sent. It never arrived. Again it took several calls to get a hold of her. She said she sent it but apparently to the wrong address. She said that I'd given her my new address incorrectly. She cancelled the first check, and weeks later issued me a new one - minus the fee for the cancelled check! While this is a small amount, she refused to give me the whole deposit back because of a business mistake SHE made. I would not rent from such a person ever again. (danielroz, 06/30/2009)
